Raj Nandwani specialises in turning complex concepts into immediate learnings, and untapped potential into commercial opportunities. He is a seasoned executive with over 10 years of experience in leading high-performing teams, delivering strategic partnerships, incubating and investing in startups, and working in multiple regions (Europe & Asia), with various client types (financial institutions, crypto firms, hedge funds, asset managers, multi sector corporates and family offices). Currently, he is the Global Business Development Lead for Binance, primarily across strategic partnerships and deal execution. His areas of focus include Web3, Strategic Advisory and Investments, Thematic Research and Business Development. As the previous Chief of Staff within Strategy for Amber Group, he helped the firm devise, analyse and execute key business initiatives in Asia and the Middle East.
