Paul Lee is the Co-CEO of Bitplanet, Korea’s first global Bitcoin treasury company, dedicated to setting the gold standard for corporate Bitcoin treasury strategy. With a mission to redefine how public companies adopt Bitcoin, Bitplanet bridges traditional finance and Bitcoin through innovative financial engineering, access to global capital markets, and world-class governance. Trained as an M&A attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell, he brings deep experience in investing and startup leadership. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Lobo Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on Bitcoin and fintech infrastructure, and was previously served as Head of BitGo Ventures and an investor at Lehman Brothers Private Equity. He has led investments across fintech, IT, and healthcare in the US, Asia, MENA, and LATAM with a cross-functional background in deal structuring, execution and operational scaling. He holds a BS in Neuroscience from Stanford University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
