Andrew Durgee is the Co-Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO) of Republic, a global financial technology firm backed by Valor Equity Partners, Binance, and Morgan Stanley. With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of blockchain, venture investing, and financial technology, Andrew has been instrumental in advancing innovation and expanding access to digital assets and private market opportunities. Before being named Co-CEO, Andrew served as President of Republic, where he was pivotal in building and scaling Republic Crypto, the company’s web3 and digital assets division. Under his leadership, Republic launched groundbreaking initiatives to democratize investment across blockchain-based assets. Prior to Republic, Andrew was a Partner at TLDR, a blockchain advisory firm providing strategic counsel to startups and institutional investors. He also co-founded The Coin Tree, a pioneer in multi-signature security solutions for Bitcoin, highlighting his long-standing commitment to infrastructure development in crypto. Andrew is a trusted advisor to global enterprises and early-stage companies alike, guiding digital finance strategies and blockchain adoption. He holds a degree in Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
