Jaejin Kim is the Executive Vice President of the Digital Asset Exchange Alliance (DAXA), South Korea’s sole self-regulatory organization for the digital asset industry, and CEO of the government-authorized Digital Asset Protection Foundation (DAPF). A licensed South Korean attorney since 2007, specializing in international finance and digital assets. Serving as a member of the Virtual Asset Committee of the Korean Accounting Association, Planning Director of the Global Finance Association, and a former member of the IT and Blockchain Special Committee of the Korean Bar Association. Author of “Understanding the Korean Regulation of Virtual Assets” (2022).
